Albert Zaballero he/him

Web Developer

Making the internet happen

Albert describes himself as someone who has always been curious about how things work. That curiosity is how he learned to bake bread, change the alternator in his car and care for sick animals. It’s also how he learned to write code.

Albert’s development career started when he was working as a veterinary assistant. One day, his boss brought in a few computers and asked Albert to manage them. After figuring out how to set up a local network between two computers on his own, Albert realized he had a knack for making things work on the web.

He started taking night classes at South Seattle Community College in between shifts at the veterinary clinic to learn web development. Now he’s been writing code, fixing bugs and supporting SiteCrafting clients for over 10 years. When he isn’t building web applications, Albert enjoys bike rides to Alki beach, spending time outside and watching anime.
