Reena Hensley

Front-End Development Manager

I build websites, the parts you can see

In an industry dominated by dudes and degrees, Reena is a unicorn. She’s a self-taught web developer, a leader, a mom and a community advocate.

Reena’s career at SiteCrafting started in 2006. She began as a receptionist and learned to code via online tutorials between phone calls and office deliveries. She transitioned to a full-time developer position after one year and was one of the first women to be on the leadership team at SiteCrafting.

Today Reena manages a team of developers that build the websites that make up the fabric of our community. If you’ve ever registered your child for an activity with Metro Parks, searched for a doctor at MultiCare, or planned a visit to a local museum, your experiences have been impacted by Reena’s work.
