Leah Ruisenor she/her

Senior Front-End Developer

Give me a problem and I’ll figure it out

Leah is a stay-at-home mom turned small business owner turned web developer.

Before she wrote code, Leah baked cakes for a living. Then she moved, got inspired by her daughter’s robotics class and decided to go back to school to study computer science. She graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Computer Science and Systems and has been Javascripting ever since.

Leah worked at SiteCrafting as a back-end development intern during the summer of 2018. A few months later, she joined the team as a full-time developer. She learned front-end development along the way and now works as a full-stack developer, creating web projects from code to composition — all while making it look like a piece of cake.

If it sounds like Leah can do it all, then let us add that she also longboards, plays ukelele and fixes her own dryer when it breaks.
