Carrie graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a degree in French. Far from being irrelevant to her role as a project manager, her experience translating languages is exactly what makes her successful as a conduit between SiteCrafting’s client and team. She translates client business goals into project scopes, requirements, timelines and plans that both the clients and project team can understand.

Project management was a natural career choice for Carrie — just ask her color coordinated closet. In addition to “ridiculous organization,” Carrie brings empathy to her role and finds value in making the lives of her clients easier by taking their visions and breaking them into simple, achievable steps.

Growth is important to her — both in the garden she tends at home and as a human being. In between client meetings and website launches, Carrie participates in the Gig Harbor Dragon Boat team, sings and plays percussion in a band and enjoys entertaining family and friends.
