Sitka Insights is a suite of web analysis tools developed by SiteCrafting to help you improve your website based on real user behavior. It collects both user feedback and site search data to give you actionable insights into how your site is performing and where it can improve.
Now, with the addition of Sitka Reports, we’re offering a new layer of intelligence: AI-powered summaries and analysis delivered monthly or quarterly. These reports help you identify patterns in user feedback, highlight problem areas and make informed decisions grounded in real data.
Section-Level Summaries for the Bigger Picture
Individual page feedback is helpful but limited when responses are low. That’s why Sitka Reports roll up feedback by website sections (like /doctors or /services) to reveal broader trends. This approach gives you a more holistic view of what users experience across groups of related pages, especially since pages in a section often share the same structure, layout or functionality.
AI Summarizes What Users Are Really Saying
When users respond “no” to a feedback poll, many leave written comments explaining why. Previously, these had to be reviewed line by line. Now, AI summarization helps uncover key themes across thousands of responses, surfacing pain points and opportunities faster and with better clarity. How to Access Sitka Reports
Reports are shared securely via a private link and can be exported to PDF or other formats upon request. If you’re already using Sitka Insights with Feedback and Search enabled, we can generate reports using your existing data as a one-time, quarterly or monthly add-on. Reports are typically delivered within two weeks.
Not Using Feedback or Search Yet?
No problem. We recommend adding a simple poll like “Was this page helpful?” to start collecting feedback. Even if you use another search engine, you can still benefit from a feedback-only report.
